A competition was held at Karakalpak State University as part of World Saving Day.

At the initiative of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, within the framework of the international educational event «World Saving Day,» a competition was organized among students of the Berdakh Karakalpak State University to improve the financial literacy of young people and form a saving culture. The competition was held in two stages — in the form of a creative video (highlighting the importance and benefits of saving) and a presentation (justification of the completeness of the idea). Acting Rector of the University, Olimjon Duysenbayev, participated in the event and spoke with the students, urging them to be financially responsible and develop a culture of proper planning for the future. During the event, students demonstrated their creative ideas, economic thinking, and financial knowledge. The authors of the best video and presentation were awarded special diplomas and commemorative gifts. This competition serves to popularize savings culture among young people, improve financial literacy, and develop personal budget management skills.
