Professors and teachers of the Department of Electric Power Engineering of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh P.Kuvatbaev, K.Uzakbaev, B.Umarov, D.Esnazarova organized a master class on the topic «Solar Power Engineering» at Kungrad Polytechnic. At the event, detailed information was provided on the history of the development of renewable energy sources, the specifics of solar energy, and its areas of application.
In the lesson, much attention was paid to explaining the invention of the first solar battery, solar photocells, and the operating principles of photovoltaic stations. At the same time, the main types of renewable energy were discussed, in particular, how solar energy works and its types.
During the event, the types of solar power plants, their efficiency and advantages, as well as state support measures for such projects were also discussed. The participants of the event expressed their opinions on the importance of solar energy and its future prospects.
