On September 12 of this year, a regular seminar-training for professors and teachers was organized at Berdakh Karakalpak State University. The event was chaired by the Vice-Rector of the University, T. Nurimbetov, Head of the Department for Monitoring International Rating Activities, Sh. Shaniyazov, and Methodologist of the Department of International Cooperation, I. Zholdasbayev. During the seminar, issues of strengthening international cooperation of higher educational institutions, active participation in foreign grants and investment projects were discussed in detail. In particular, detailed information was provided on the university’s position in international rankings, including the results achieved in the THE Impact Ranking and plans for the future.
Instructions were also given on the current tasks facing each faculty, practical directions for their implementation, and effective mechanisms for participation in international scientific projects. At the event, the faculty was instructed to prepare and regularly publish important materials on the university’s official website. This seminar-training will serve to expand the participation of professors and teachers in international grants, investment processes and ratings, as well as to promote the university’s activities on a global scale.
