On October 14-19 of this year, the XXVII General Assembly of the Association of Universities and Research Centers of the Caspian States and the International Scientific-Theoretical Conference «Khalel Studies-2025: Trends in the Development of Modern Science and Education,» dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, were held in the city of Atyrau, Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Karakalpak Philology and Journalism of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh, Professor of the Department of Karakalpak Literature, Doctor of Philological Sciences Konakbay Turdybaev.
Within the framework of the conference, Professor K.Turdibaev took part in the plenary meeting and panel sessions of the XXVII General Assembly of the Association of State Universities of the Caspian Region on the topic «Caspian ecosystem: integration of science and education» with a presentation on the topic «Mutual relations in the education system of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan: experience and prospects,» and presented congratulations and commemorative gifts prepared by Karakalpak State University on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of Atyrau University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov. Also, a meeting was held with the Head of the Department — Rector of the Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University Salamat Idrisov, during which an agreement was reached on the organization of joint conferences, seminars and creative projects in the future.
In addition, during the visit, Professor K. Turdybaev visited Esenov University in the city of Aktau, Republic of Kazakhstan. Here, conversations were held with the professors and teachers of Esenov University, as well as familiarization with the material and technical base of the university, the provision of classrooms, the conditions created for teachers and students, and the organization of the educational process.
