An event titled «Professional Orientation of Graduating Women» was held at the Faculty of Karakalpak Philology and Journalism of Karakalpak State University. The event was attended by faculty members, students, and master’s students. The purpose of the event is to provide vocational guidance to graduating women and to nurture them into well-rounded professionals in the future. At the event, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Karakalpak Linguistics K.Zayrova spoke about the future career guidance of graduating women and their employment, discussed the main tasks of entrepreneurship, ways to achieve their goals, further improvement of their knowledge, language learning, a conversation aimed at determining their future with deep knowledge in the field of IT. Gulzada Jalgasbayeva, a first-year master’s student specializing in Linguistics (Karakalpak language), addressed the participants. They provided information about gender equality and explained its essence and significance.It was emphasized that the main content here is gender equality, the role of women in society, the education of young people, ensuring that they work more on themselves and are provided with permanent jobs. Then the students discussed their views on the «Advantages and Disadvantages of Public Administration» and «Advantages and Disadvantages of Business» at a round table. This event generated great interest among student youth.
