Today, June 13, a seminar-training on «Smart Agriculture in the Context of Climate Change in Uzbekistan» was held at the «Oq Qush» complex in Nukus, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, the World Bank, and the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies.
It was attended by international organizations and foreign experts, representatives of the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, as well as the Rector of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh, Academician Akhmed Reymov.
The seminar discussed issues of adaptation to climate change, smart agricultural practices, and the creation of an agroecosystem in the Aral Sea region.
