Entrepreneurs who hire graduates will be provided with preferential loans.

By Presidential Decree (https://t.me/huquqiyaxborot/18810) (No. 328, 03.11.2025), amendments and additions were made to Presidential Decree No. PP-61 «On Additional Measures to Assist in the Employment of Graduates of Higher Educational Institutions» (https://lex.uz/ru/docs/7386917).

📌 According to the amendments made to the resolution, entrepreneurs who have employed graduates of higher education institutions will be allocated loans with a 2-year grace period of up to 5 billion soums for a period of 7 years at a rate 4 percentage points higher than the annual Central Bank base rate.

📌 In this case, the preferential loan is allocated to entrepreneurs with the condition of hiring at least 1 graduate for funds up to the value of each billion soums.

✅ The loan is allocated for purchasing fixed assets and replenishing working capital for projects in the production and service sectors.

In the event of termination of the employment contract between the graduate from whom the entrepreneur received the preferential loan for 2 years, the interest rate on the loan is changed to the commercial rate from the date of termination of the employment contract.

🔴 However, this is not the case if another graduate is hired in place of this employee within 1 month.

️ Also, a competition for the best startup and innovative projects will be organized among graduates.

🔹 Winners of the competition will receive a grant of up to 1 billion soums with the obligation to hire at least 2 graduates.
