International cooperation

Z. Sayimbetov, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Metrology, Faculty of Physics, Berdaq Karakalpak State University, and R. Seytimbetov, Senior Lecturer, returned from a scientific internship at Al-Farabi National University of Kazakhstan, located in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, to participate in a four-week training course for educational exports and 144 hours of professional development.

During the visit, our professors and teachers at the Department of «Plasma Physics» of the university, including in the field of «Electrical Engineering,» in order to establish scientific cooperation and exchange experience using the existing scientific laboratories there, Associate Professor Z. Saymbetov gave 20 hours on the topic «Reliability of power supply systems and the quality of electrical energy» and 20 hours on the topic «Improving the energy efficiency of electric power systems using cogeneration methods,» Senior Lecturer R. Seytimbetov gave 20 hours on the topic «Theorem of superposition, as well as methods for calculating complex electrical circuits,» «Application of Kirchhoff’s rules in the analysis of complex electrical circuits,» and at the same time, Formation of a system of algebraic equations for finding the current in the network and its solution using the Kramer method.» Following the visit, an agreement was reached on establishing scientific cooperation at the Department of «Pazma Physics» of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, including in the field of «Electrical Engineering,» and exchanging experience using existing scientific laboratories there.
