The second phase of the «Students’ Summer Recreation Center» has begun its activities

On July 28th of this year, the second phase of the «Student Summer Recreation Center,» established for students of higher education institutions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, commenced operations. The next stage of the recreation center was organized to provide meaningful leisure time for young people, increase their social activity, strengthen their knowledge and skills, and further strengthen the atmosphere of friendship and solidarity. Talented and active students of the Berdakh Karakalpak State University are actively participating in the «Student Summer Recreation Center.»

The opening ceremony was attended by B. Kalimbetov, Head of the Secretariat for Youth Policy, Social Development, and Spiritual and Educational Work of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan; K. Ergaliev, Acting Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan; S. Alawatdinov, Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work of Karakalpak State University; and active student youth.

Speakers at the event emphasized that the attention being paid to youth in our country is increasing year by year. He also noted that, based on the principle put forward by the President of our country «Youth is the creator of our future,» a number of social projects are being implemented in Karakalpakstan, especially the favorable conditions created for students, cultural and sports events are an important factor in realizing the potential of young people.

Various sports competitions, intellectual games, creative evenings, cultural and educational meetings, open dialogues with teachers, psychological trainings, and many other interesting events are planned for students at the summer resort.

The summer camp opens up great opportunities for students not only to relax but also to exchange experiences, make new friends, and develop their social and professional skills. Such places play an important role in fostering patriotic feelings among young people, strengthening the atmosphere of friendship and community, and fostering a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
